Michael Crosno
Chief Executive Officer

Michael has been in leadership positions in the software and technology enabled services industry for over 30 years. He has successfully led Information Management, Workflow, Business Process Management, Content Management, Enterprise Security, and E-commerce companies. He focuses on creating loyal customers, best-in-class solutions, and growth driven organizations. Product innovation and services leadership is core to his success model. Michael started his tenure with Kofile in late 2017 and continues to expand Kofile’s market leadership in local governments.

Kevin Lafeber

President

With a significant impact on sales growth strategies, product transition and company transformation, Kevin has been in senior leadership positions in the public sector technology industry for more than 20 years. Over the course of his career, Kevin has lead executive, sales, and operations teams by instilling accountability and building consensus to drive execution. He is a motivational, strategic leader focused on improvements in customer retention, growth and company-wide transition.  Kevin focuses on expanding market leadership, building partner relationships, and increasing customer success.

Cameron Marijosius

SVP, Customer Success and Operations

Cameron started her career in local government at the City of Bend, OR and then made the transition to Public Sector technology where she has spent the past 20 years in customer facing positions.  She joined GovOS in June 2021 and is leading Customer Success for our Online Civic Services and Business Licensing and Tax products.  Taking care of customers and making sure they have an amazing customer experience is something that she takes pride in every day.  Cameron lives in Oregon with her husband and son and can be found enjoying the outdoors in the summer or on the local Curling sheet in the winter.

Ryan Kirby

SVP, Marketing

Ryan has been in public sector technology for most of his career, spending 22 years in our industry.  He took a unique path to marketing by starting off in development and product, developing data sharing applications for public safety. After joining Kofile in early 2020, Ryan helped build out our software organization and now loves his work with our GTM team telling the GovOS story.  Ryan lives in North Carolina with his wife of almost 25 years, two awesome kids, and a great dane whose personality is much bigger than his sizable frame.

David Montville

VP, Sales Enterprise

David is a growth oriented leader with a proven track record of leading high-performance sales and business development teams. His deep understanding and passion for Public Sector sales is apparent as has led teams through growth and transformation in competitive markets. He’s customer-centric and a player’s coach who instill accountability and leads execution, while being a servant leader to his teams. David currently lives in sunny South Florida with his wife Victoria, 8 month old Daughter Mila, and German Shepherd-Hugo. He loves Italian food, traveling, and spending time with his family.

Luke Wilson
SVP, Sales and Sales Operations

Luke joined the GovOS team with a personal mission to impact those who are underserved. He is impassioned about the work he does, and it shows in the effort and success he has achieved in building high performance revenue organizations over the last 20 years. He started with a focus on Small to Medium business and has transitioned into empowering the connection between local government and their constituents. Luke lives in the greater Austin Texas area. He enjoys hunting, watching his son play football, and a good skillet of fajitas. He aspires to be a broke and frustrated Texas cattle rancher with his wife, three adult children, one granddaughter and a grand dog.

Steve Russell

Chief Technology Officer

Steve brings over 30 years’ experience in software development and technology innovation to GovOS. Prior to joining the company in 2015, Steve led development and product teams for OpenText, Lucent Technologies, Global360, Mosaix, and IBM where he started his career. He is passionate about technology and how to use it to address the challenges and opportunities faced by local government. A native of Massachusetts, Steve, his wife and two boys currently reside on the west coast.

Chachi Camejo
SVP, Product

Chachi Camejo is the SVP of Product at GovOS, leading the Product Management teams to design innovative software for local government. He has been developing software and building products for more than 20 years for companies like AARP, Make-A-Wish Foundation and prestigious NYC high rises. Chachi studied Industrial Design hoping to design furniture until he realized that designing software was more fulfilling. Before coming to GovOS, Chachi co-founded SeamlessDocs, an industry leader in converting manual process-based applications into digital online forms for local government. Chachi’s background in software and design offers him a unique perspective to solve complex technical problems with simple practical solutions.

Ed Kerkow

SVP, Software Operations

Ed has served the Public Sector Technology Market for the past 25 years, primarily leading Implementation Services, Support and Technology Operations for State and Local Government clients. Prior to joining Kofile Technologies in 2020, his career path included senior roles at several large System Integration firms as well an appointed municipal position as CIO for the City of  New Orleans, Louisiana.  Ed and his wife continue to reside in New Orleans, where they really enjoy the culture, music, and nightlife of that City.
