The Lake County, IL Clerk’s Office recently announced plans to implement the GovOS Vitals Recording solution. County Clerk Anthony Vega highlighted the project’s importance in modernizing operations to better serve the community.

“We are thrilled to embark on this significant project with GovOS as we modernize our records management systems,” said Vega. “This collaboration marks a milestone in streamlining operations, improving accessibility, and better serving the residents of Lake County. I am grateful to Chief Deputy Cynthia Pruim Haran and her leadership in leading our staff in the procurement of GovOS and spearheading this implementation.

Set to go live by the end of 2024, the new system will digitize 1.3 million vital records, enhance records access, and eliminate requests via third-party.
