The Springfield News-Sun shares that the Clark County Recorder’s Office has launched two GovOS solutions to enhance public access to digital documents and safeguard against property fraud. The GovOS Cloud Search solution is a “Google-like” advanced records search system that enables Clark County staff and citizens to search for land records dating back to 1818 across multiple devices. With advanced search options, filters, and sortable grids, the solution can quickly search millions of digital records and deliver results in seconds.

The Clark County Recorder’s Office is also leveraging GovOS Property Alert, a fraud alert tool that empowers property owners to proactively monitor their property and receive alerts on potential fraudulent activities.
